Españoleto 11 has been designed in its entirety by nune — the London and New York interior design studio. Bespoke joinery, considered materials and a quietly modern hand throughout.
This is not a flipped flat. Españoleto 11 is a complete, ground-up renovation of a classical Madrid apartment, designed and detailed by nune — the design studio behind some of the most quietly admired private interiors in London and New York.
Every surface, fitting and joint has been drawn, specified and made: a bespoke Moretti kitchen with Miele appliances, panelled walls in the office, custom joinery in every bedroom, and bathrooms detailed in stone, brass and timber.
Sustainable, non-toxic and low- or zero-VOC materials were specified wherever possible. The apartment is offered fully furnished — a single, coherent design statement, ready to live in.

A studio with a deeply considered, restrained aesthetic — equally at home with classical proportions and contemporary detail.
Bespoke kitchen
A made-to-measure Moretti kitchen with Miele appliances throughout, generous island, and an integrated Quooker tap delivering filtered, boiling and sparkling water.
Custom joinery throughout
Wardrobes, panelling, vanities and library walls — all drawn for the apartment, all made by hand.
Sustainable specification
Low- and zero-VOC paints, adhesives and finishes; sustainable timbers; non-toxic materials specified throughout.
